About the Author: Janeen Swart Living on a farm in Indiana has given the author a chance to be aware of nature. Over the years she and her husband and two sons have raised cows, chickens, goats, geese, and pigs. And of course there was always a family dog and a few cats around the farm. As a retired teacher, she now spends her time caring for her six grandchildren whenever she can, working for various civic organizations and her church, and using her extra time for her writing.
